CONFIDENTIALITY

All information and discussions in clinic are treated with respect, discretion and strict confidentiality. Client notes are securely filed, to assist with future consultations. Information will not be disclosed to GP, other practitioner etc. without your consent. 

 

PAYMENT

Payment is by cash or cheque on the day of appointment.

 

SESSIONS

Initial consultation appointments last 90 minutes. Follow up appointments last approximately 40 minutes.

Time between appointments may vary, usually 4-6 weeks depending on reason for attending. 

There will be contact and support between appointments, which is included in the price.

 

CANCELLATIONS

I will endeavour to give as much notice as possible should we need to alter the time of our session or cancel, in the event of an emergency. 

Should you need to cancel or amend your appointment 48 hours notice is required.

 

LATENESS

Please arrive on time to appointments. If you arrive late it reduces your session time. The full session fee is still charged.
